Check-in & set up: 7:45 to 8:15

Make check payable to: Rogers 1st NYI
$25 for each additional team from the same church.
Registrations are accepted until midnight Wednesday.
MATERIAL: Galatians 1-5
Rules: Nazarene

THE FINE PRINT:
- Two divisions of Round Robin style quizzing in the morning. Division A is more competitive, open to experienced teams and any team who wants to challenge them. Division B is for all teams who are not yet ready for Division A.
- Top 10 individual trophies awarded in Division A and Division B.
- Three or more tournaments will be held in the afternoon. We try to place each team in a tournament with teams of similar ability. Trophies will go to the Top 3 teams in each tournament.
- Whenever possible, quizzing will be 2-team.
- Tournaments are modified triple elimination.
- There will be a snack bar and lunch available at the church.
- Due to increasing safety and liability concerns, we will no longer be offering housing in homes.
Quizmachine will be used. Computer jump seats and volunteer officials are needed.

We continue to monitor the high number of covid cases here in Arkansas.
At this time, we have not changed our covid plan or mask requirements.

There have been increases in COVID-19 numbers recently in Northwest Arkansas. We continue to ask everyone to be careful and considerate of others. Our plan for the Rogers Invitational is as follows:

Everyone is encouraged but not required to wear a mask

Social distance as appropriate, wash your hands, and use hand sanitizer

The church will be doing extra cleaning and sanitizing
-
If you are not feeling well or have any COVID-type symptoms, please do not attend
We are not limiting teams or spectators at this time. Information will be shared as quickly as possible should we make that decision.
